電鍋版蒸紫茄

茄子1條
和風芥子醬1大匙
素蠔油膏1大匙
辣椒1支
蔥末1支
蒜末2顆
作法
1 將茄子切成長段再對半切,鋪在蒸架上,放入只要約45cc水(完美水量)於鍋內開始燉煮 PS:此為大同電鍋3人份型號
